TERMS OF SERVICE · LAST UPDATED 20 SEPTEMBER 2026
Use Trigner to test reality—not to outsource judgment.
The operator identity and jurisdiction are still pending publication. Paid service or broader external launch should not begin until those fields are completed and these Terms receive final legal review.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of trigner.com and the Trigner application. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Operator
Trigner is operated by Andris Tukiss. Full provider information appears in the Legal Notice.
3. Eligibility
The alpha service is intended for users aged 18 or older using Trigner for business, startup, research or professional experimentation. You must have authority to submit any information you provide.
4. What the service does
Trigner helps founders structure startup assumptions, Proof Missions, evidence, research, decisions and observed outcomes. It may provide simulations, heuristics, generated suggestions or rule-based analysis. These are decision-support tools—not guarantees, facts, investment recommendations or promises of commercial success.
5. Alpha status and availability
This is an evolving alpha product. Features may change, break, be removed or become temporarily unavailable. Keep your own backups of information that matters. Local browser storage is convenient state, not a guaranteed archival service.
6. Your content and startup information
You keep your rights in startup ideas, evidence, notes and other material you provide. Trigner does not claim ownership of your startup merely because you use the service.
You grant Trigner only the limited rights necessary to process information to provide the action you requested, secure the service and comply with law. Current workspace state is primarily browser-local; specific API actions transmit the data needed for that action.
Do not submit information you lack permission to use, or confidential/regulated data that the current alpha is not designed to handle.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use Trigner for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or deceptive activity.
- Do not probe, bypass or interfere with security, rate limits or service integrity.
- Do not introduce malware, destructive payloads or automated traffic intended to degrade the service.
- Do not use output to impersonate evidence, fabricate customer proof or misrepresent a simulation as a real-world observation.
- Do not submit secrets or regulated personal information to features that are not expressly designed for it.
8. AI, simulations and generated output
Where Trigner uses AI or automated analysis, output may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Current Reality Check behavior in this build is rules-based. You are responsible for validating material claims and for decisions made using the service. Generated suggestions are not legal, tax, financial, medical or investment advice.
9. Evidence integrity
Trigner intentionally distinguishes hypotheses, simulations, research and founder interpretation from verified evidence. You are responsible for accurately recording real-world observations, customer statements, commitments, payments and outcomes. Do not use Trigner to falsify evidence or mislead investors, customers, employees or other people.
10. Privacy and storage choices
Your use is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie & Local Storage Policy. You can export or erase browser data through the Vault and change optional analytics permission through the Privacy settings control.
11. Feedback
If you deliberately provide product feedback, you allow Trigner to use that feedback to improve the product. This does not transfer ownership of your startup, evidence or confidential business material. Keep confidential customer/startup details out of product-feedback notes.
12. Intellectual property
Trigner's software, branding, interface design, documentation and underlying product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant rights to Trigner trademarks or source code except the limited right to use the hosted service as intended.
13. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the alpha service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Trigner does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, business success, fundraising, customer demand, revenue, legal compliance or any specific result. Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, are not excluded.
14. Responsibility and liability
You remain responsible for business decisions, experiments, customer outreach, claims, contracts, employment decisions, regulatory compliance and how you use Trigner output. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on simulations, generated suggestions or loss of browser-local data. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
15. Suspension and termination
Trigner may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties; comply with law; investigate abuse; or maintain security. You may stop using the service at any time and erase browser-local data using the Vault/browser controls.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms as the alpha evolves. Material changes will be identified by the updated date. If a change requires your agreement under applicable law, we will request it before the changed terms apply.
17. Governing law and disputes
The applicable governing law and forum will follow the operator information published in the Legal Notice, without removing mandatory rights or courts available to consumers under applicable law. Current operator jurisdiction: Pending publication before external commercial launch.
